You guys are excellent. I previously had American Home Shield, and they sent out a technician of dubious skill. It cost me nearly $1,000 in uncovered expenses. Within a week, I called them back when the garage door jammed again. Here I am one year later with Precision to check their work and make adjustments. Gage, the Precision technician was excellent. I dropped both AHS and Choice after discovering they offered no savings. With them it seemed I seldom had a good technician and ultimately paid twice for the repair.

Gage Clausen, the tech was superb! He did a thorough inspection of the springs, rollers, and other hardware that we estimated were over 20 years old. I had the Opener replaced by Precision a year ago and everything else seemed to be working at that time. But now, a year later, cables snapped, springs wore out and the door tilted and stopped 2 feet from the floor. Called Precision and Gage replaced it all. Now I have a safe, working door and I can get the car in and out!

The service professional did a great job! He temporarily repaired the problem but advised us that we would need to replace garage door eventually as it was quite old and starting to have problems. I saw the commercial on tv and called immediately. Scheduler on phone was super friendly and accommodating. Same day appointment. Gage Clausen, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of property. He worked diligently for over 2 hours and was very thorough while explaining how our new unit works. I’m very happy and satisfied with our new system. It’s super quiet which was a problem with old unit. I’m more than happy with precision services. Great technicians, like Gage, makes a big difference!

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Doors. The first time the large spring had broken, trapping our car inside, on the day that we were expecting out of town company. We called and a technician was there within two hours and replaced the spring. This time, our door was making horrendous noise after being painted. It sounded like gunfire when it opened. I called shortly after 8 am on a Monday and the technician was there before 11 am. He could, and did, fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Ultimately I decided to do a bit more upgrading on this 20 year old door and now you cannot even hear the door going up and down. I am delighted with the results and am so happy we found Precision.
