We had maintenance done on our garage door. Mike was our technician who was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were worried about the age of our garage door springs and the door getting noisy. The springs are not as old as we originally thought and Mike explained in detail, both sides of replacement or not. We decided to wait on replacement; when finished, door is working almost like new. Very impressed with Precision and realize, without replacement, might be short lived. We will be using Precision for our spring replacement when the time comes, and any future issues.

I called your company for a bid on a new insulated garage door for my home. Michael arrived at the designated time. I explained to him what I needed,he did his measurements gave me a quote for what I thought we discussed for $2,800. I called him later to move forward with my project and confirm everything. Bam! He told me that was not the price for an insulated door! So I asked him what is the price,he said $4,800. Obviously he didn't listen to me and what I wanted to buy. Very disappointed.

I called for a service call and technician came next day with a call to notify me that he was on his way. I had a backup battery that was beeping and was about to die. Kyandre, technician, knew what to do and had my problem solved within minutes. He was polite and took time to show me how to operate the wall unit for the clock setting which I had forgotten how to do. Precision put in my garage door 2 years ago and I have been very pleased with their company.

We had precision door replace our old door about 3 yrs ago. New door laughed at hurricane Ian. No issues. Had them return to perform a maintenance tuneup. No issues found just a little tweak is all that was required. The tech was professional and friendly. Love this company

We are very pleased with our new garage door. The Precision team were so understanding with several delays, storm, vacation etc.. Once we had the install date we were given Lucas and Daniel as our installation techs. They did a fantastic job, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and went over the details of the install etc.. Mr Snell and his Mgr Gaetano run a GREAT customer friendly business. They installed a new garage door AND door opener, the opener had a glitch which they fixed immediately ( within the warranty), due to from what they said was an act of GOD electrical surge ( from what they explained, acts of GOD ARE NOT covered under warranty), but they fixed it anyway under the warranty, you don't find many companies like this one!! TY Gaetano AND Mr Snell for running such a fair and customer first business, you guts are a breath of fresh air in today's times. I recommend this company 200 percent, they are wonderful!! TY guys!!

I had never used Precision Overhead Garage Door for our past repairs, but found them during a google search. I just needed my garage door repaired, but planned on replacing the entire garage door in the near future due to Hurricane Ian damage. They were highly rated, so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. When technician Mike arrived, he was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He quickly identified my issues and gave me a fair quote to have them repaired. After speaking with Mike about additional repairs to make my older door (18 years old) run a little quieter and smoother while closing and opening, I decided to order a new door through Precision. When Mike left my house, the original garage door was repaired and working properly, but I'm excited for the new garage door. Thank you Mike for all your assistance.
